Mi Casa, in collaboration with other partners, offers free financial education classes in English and Spanish to help individuals manage money, get out of debt, and build assets.
These free classes make up a four part series and are valid for the Individual Development Accounts (IDA) program, a matched savings program for low-income individuals. All are welcome to attend any or all of the classes. No RSVP is required. To learn more about the IDA program, please click here.

- Personal Finance Basics: Learn basic financial planning skills, how to create a personal budget, the importance of emergency funds, pros and cons of work benefits, tax basics and more.
- Understanding Credit & Avoiding Credit Pitfalls: Discover how to establish good credit, protect your personal identity, and avoid predatory lenders through gaining the tools to better understand credit, credit reports, loans and credit cards.
- Financial Services & Setting Financial Goals: Learn how to use financial services to help you achieve long-term personal or business goals, including bank accounts, debit cards and ATMs, financial institutions and long-term savings vehicles.
